 My mission is to help you come back to yourself, for you to feel everything and get in tune with your body, mind and heart through mindful movement.

I share my knowledge and experience from different healing methodologies such as pilates, yoga, ayurveda, energy movement and homeopathy.

​​

When you to pause, breathe and move with consciousness, you can start to observe what is happening inside of you, you can heal the relationship with your body, recognize who you are on the inside, feel more alive than ever, have more energy, more clarity, more peace, and finally being able to embrace your true self.

I offer my services on being your guide and walk with you through this process.

In each program, class, session or workshop with me, I invite you to dive deep into yourself, analyze what is stopping you from being your most authentic self? What weighs you down? What would you need to do to feel lighter and more joyful?

We will be able to unify body, mind and heart so that you walk through life with a feeling of lightness, joy and freedom.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

My story begins with constantly feeling HEAVY, not knowing what to do with my emotions, hating my body, feeling misunderstood and not knowing how to ask for help or even know how to express myself, leading me to always distract myself with high intensity workouts and restricting my body. Normalizing being stressed, burned out, feeling anxious and even though i was doing all the “healthy” habits, I didn’t feel good or confident with who i was. I had no energy, my hormones were out of place and a i was constantly in physical pain. It was not until life stopped me. I got into an accident where I almost lost my life and my body couldn’t move, I had to stop everything i was doing. This forced me to go inward, start meditating, move with awareness and analyze every single thing i was doing, i needed to pause and breathe. This is when i realized that my body was sending me messages for a long time, telling me that i needed to feel more, to be aware and conscious of my body and my stress levels in order to start enjoying my body.

I began with learning more about conscious movement, pilates, yoga, alignment and breath. How to be more body conscious and how to be with my body, not against it. Conscious movement walked me through it. I saw immediate improvements on how i was feeling, my physical pain was gone, i felt stronger, i got my period back, i was not scared of my anxiety any more, my body completely changed and i just felt lighter and more joyful so I decided to study more depth for my own self-knowledge and to share it with more people.

• I started holistic nutrition, homeopathy and hormonal health in 2016.

• I did my first Classic Mat Pilates, Hot Pilates and Personal Training training in 2018 to open my own Hot Pilates studio where I taught in-person and online classes, 2019-2022

• I moved to New York to specialize in contemporary pilates, apparatus, therapeutic pilates, prenatal, postpartum, scoliosis and body reading. (+800hrs) in studies, private and group classes.

• In New York I also took other courses such as Fascia Maneuvers by Anatomy Trains, oriental medicine for energetic movement, The body as a house by Katonah Yoga and Dharma teachings by Tibetan Buddhism.

• 2023 I made my first trip to India to study more in-depth about yoga and spirituality, I did +400 hrs of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Restorative, Pranayama, Meditation and Ayurveda.

• More courses like Tantra Yoga and Philosophy by Jivamukti Yoga in Barcelona and Yin Yoga by Hellen Harten in Amsterdam

 

Today I offer private sessions, group classes, retreats and my own pilates and integral alignment teacher training.
